Return Policy
 

OUR GUARANTEE  and  WARRANTY INFORMATION --  20-DAY REFUND OR REPLACEMENT:   Try any of our products for 20 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less all shipping and handling costs). 

Defective or Damaged Items :

YOU MUST CONTACT WALLARTDISCOUNTERS ONLINE!!!  via email at wallartdiscounters@yahoo.com  within 5 days of receiving  a  damaged item. We will then advise you on the steps necessary.

Shipping damage: All packaging must be kept. Email us for further instructions to correct that situation.

Defective items will be replaced if returned within 14 days. Please contact customer service to report defective items via email.

Do not return any items without contacting Wall Art Discounters via email. We will instruct you on where to send items and give you an RMA #. If you do not contact Wall Art Discounters within 5 day of receiving the damaged item, Wall Art Discounters will not be held liable.

Every product you buy from this site must be free of defects or you may return it immediately to Wallartdiscounters.com online for replacement.

To return items to Wallartdiscounters.com online, we ask that you email us at wallartdiscounters@yahoo.com for a return merchandise number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. This will help us better serve you.

Items returned within the 20-day period will receive a full refund (less all shipping charges) provided it is returned in good condition. If any item is returned to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition, NO REFUND will be given.
Shipping costs to return an item are at your expense. You should properly pack and ship in the same shipping container in which the items were received. You should also ship using Canada or US Post and have insurance on the package. If your return package is lost or damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company you chose to use. We are not liable.

Items not returned in good condition WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
